Q. On the new ELD system is there a limit on the number of miles per year to be exempt from ELD logs or is it just the 150 Mile radius?

A. There are exemptions to the ELD rule, however the total miles per year is not one of them. Please refer to the FMCSA website or your local DOT department for more details.
