ENGLEWOOD, Colo.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–GCI Liberty, Inc. (“GCI Liberty”) (Nasdaq: GLIBA, GLIBP) will be holding its Annual Meeting of Stockholders on Monday, June 24, 2019, at 8:00 a.m. M.D.T., at the corporate offices of GCI Liberty, 12300 Liberty Blvd., Englewood, Colorado 80112. The record date for the meeting is 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on April 25, 2019. At the meeting, GCI Liberty may make observations regarding the company’s financial performance and outlook.
