Fortune and San Francisco Business Times Recognize ThousandEyes as ‘Great Place to Work’

High employee satisfaction ratings drive company recognition by leading business publications

SAN FRANCISCO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–ThousandEyes, the company that delivers visibility into the Internet and digital experiences, today announced it has been recognized by Fortune as one of the 2019 Best Workplaces in Texas and by the San Francisco Business Times as one of the 2019 Bay Area Best Places to Work.

“It’s a true honor to be recognized by our employees for being a great place to work – and to have both Fortune and the San Francisco Business Times celebrate the company we’ve built is incredible,” said Mohit Lad, co-founder and CEO of ThousandEyes. “These awards are a testament to the amazing people we continue to hire in the San Francisco Bay Area, in Texas, and around the globe in an extremely competitive marketplace. They are the heart of our business, and have built the culture into what it is today and what it will become as we continue to scale aggressively in the coming years.”

This recognition from Fortune, Great Place to Work and the San Francisco Business Times follows the company’s 2018 national certification as a Great Place to Work and 2018 ranking among the top 25 Highest Rated Private Cloud Computing Companies To Work For by Glassdoor and Battery Ventures. So far in 2019, ThousandEyes has also received a Stevie Award for Customer Service Department of the Year, and been named to Built in Austin’s Best Midsize Companies to Work For.

The Fortune ranking considered survey feedback from more than 42,000 Texas-based employees. Great Place to Work, a global people analytics and consulting firm, evaluated more than 60 elements of team members’ experience on the job. These included the extent to which employees trust leaders, the respect with which people are treated, the fairness of workplace decisions, and how much camaraderie there is among the team. Rankings are based on employees’ feedback and reward companies who best include all employees, no matter who they are or what they do for the organization. A summary of these ratings can be found at http://reviews.greatplacetowork.com/thousandeyes. Notable ratings include:

  • 97 percent of employees agreed “I’m proud to tell others I work here.”
