Fleets investing in more fuel economy tech (and it’s working)
Despite diesel fuel prices being in a trough last year, a new report finds 17 North American fleets kept investing in various fuel-saving technologies for their trucks, and compared to average fuel costs for over-the-road Class 8 trucks, saved what would break down to about $29.5 million apiece last year.
