VANCOUVER, BC, July 22, 2020 /CNW/ – Fission 3.0 Corp. (the “Company”) (TSX-V: FUU) is pleased to announce that it intends to complete a non-brokered private placement of up to 20,000,000 units (each a “Unit”) at a price of $0.05 per Unit for gross proceeds of up to $1,000,000 (the “Private Placement”). Each Unit will be comprised of one common share and one common share purchase warrant (each a “Warrant”). Each Warrant is exercisable to purchase one common share of the Company at a price of $0.06 per share for a period of 24 months from the date of closing of the Private Placement.
