Fleet management software provider Omnitracs is in the process of exploring a sale and “has secured high-powered investment banks” to begin that process, the Dallas Business Journal reports.
According to the report, Vista Equity Partners purchased the company for $800 million in 2013, and Evercore Partners Inc. and Atlas Technology Group are now advising the search.
