Armor Recognized by Palo Alto Networks as a RedLock MSSP Partner

DALLAS–(BUSINESS WIRE)–lt;a href="https://twitter.com/hashtag/IT?src=hash" target="_blank"gt;#ITlt;/agt;–Armor®, a leading global cloud security solutions provider, today announced it has been recognized by Palo Alto Networks as a RedLock Managed Security Service Provider, or MSSP, Partner. Armor will extend its security portfolio with RedLock®, a continuous cloud security and compliance posture management offering for public and multi-cloud environments.

When implementing the Armor Automated Security and Compliance – RedLock offering, in combination with the Armor Anywhere solution (a security-as-a-service platform for identifying, responding and containing malicious threats in real-time) organizations receive cloud-native security analytics, compliance monitoring, reporting and advanced threat detection with one-click remediation. With Armor and RedLock, companies can maintain granular visibility and control over all their cloud resources, wherever they reside. Armor is offering organizations a free, introductory cloud security and compliance posture assessment that will look for security holes or compliance gaps against a policy of the client’s choice. Instructions on how to register for the free assessment can be found here.

“We are excited to make the Armor Automated Security and Compliance – RedLock offering available to our clients, prospects and partners,” said Josh Bosquez, CTO of Armor. “It is easy to deploy, cost effective, and most importantly, organizations can feel secure knowing that their cloud workloads are continually being monitored for security gaps, configuration changes and drift,” continued Bosquez. “With the RedLock offering, Armor is able to help organizations resolve any configuration missteps that might leave their cloud environment vulnerable to a breach, and Armor Anywhere takes this service a step further by providing detection and response against intentional attacks against one’s environment by threat actors. Combined, the offering protects against both accidental and intentional threats to one’s cloud environments, a win-win for organizations.”

“With the rising consumption of the public cloud and shift of on-premises workloads to cloud-based offerings, security can’t be left behind,” said Dean Darwin, SVP of Public Cloud at Palo Alto Networks. “MSSP partners like Armor will be able to utilize RedLock as a managed service for offerings that require continuous compliance, SOC response and proactive cloud security to complement Palo Alto Networks enterprise-class cloud security architecture.”
