Synaptics Inc (SYNA) has signed a definitive agreement to buy DisplayLink Corp., a high-performance video compression technology company, for $305 million in an all-cash transaction.Synaptics expects the deal to add about $94 million in annualized sales and be immediately accretive to non-GAAP gross margins, non-GAAP operating margins, and non-GAAP earnings post-close.
