Kevin Colores Named General Manager of TeleHealth Services

RALEIGH, N.C.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–lt;a href="https://twitter.com/hashtag/HealthIT?src=hash" target="_blank"gt;#HealthITlt;/agt;–Kevin Colores has been named General Manager of TeleHealth Services.

In this newly created position, Colores will drive continued growth for the nation’s leading provider of audio/visual solutions that enhance the patient experience with information, entertainment and integration services through network-based TVs and mobile devices. TeleHealth Services also provides hospitals with advanced communication and collaboration solutions for digital signage, wayfinding, and conference/huddle spaces and training centers.

Colores has a broad range of experience directing sales and sales operations teams, spending most of his career in leadership roles with Honeywell Building Solutions, a division of Honeywell International.

Last month, Gary Kolbeck was named chief executive officer for Telerent Leasing Corporation (TLC), the parent company of TeleHealth Services, Avidex and its subsidiary Digital Networks Group. All three companies provide design, engineering, integration, implementation and operational services for an extensive range of audiovisual, interactive and network systems. TLC is a subsidiary of ITOCHU Corporation, a $52 billion Fortune Global 500 company based in Japan.

“Kevin is a great addition to TeleHealth Services as we expand our strategic focus on AV solutions beyond patient rooms in hospitals and clinics,” Kolbeck said. “He has extensive experience overseeing sales, operations and project management teams focused on identifying and solving customer issues as a trusted partner.”

TeleHealth Services has more than 2,500 healthcare clients and was the first company to develop digital technology for hospital patient engagement and education. The company is a pioneer in creating a better healthcare experience for patients, visitors and staff.

“This is a tremendous opportunity to work with an industry leader in providing technology solutions to hospitals across the nation,” said Colores. “I look forward to building on those relationships and working with our talented team of professionals and our customers to drive future growth.”
