Host Analytics Goes Back to the Future for Perform 2019
Leading Provider of Cloud Based Enterprise Performance Management Appoints Industry Veteran John Herr to Board of Directors
LAS VEGAS–(BUSINESS WIRE)–PERFORM 2019 – Host Analytics, the leading provider of connected financial planning and close solutions, today kicked off Perform 2019, their annual user conference, that includes more than 50 sessions designed to help educate, inspire, and energize the nearly 1,000 finance professionals in attendance. With a focus on empowering finance to lead the evolution of business, the opening day of Perform 2019 features keynote sessions from Doc Hendley, founder of Wine to Water, an organization devoted to providing clean water and sanitation to people around the world; Ron Baden, CEO of Host Analytics and financial transformation veteran; and Mark Bauer, SVP, Product Management at Host Analytics.
“At Perform 2019, we’re taking a trip back to the 1980s to pay homage to the roots of EPM and how that has inspired the evolution of Host,” said Christelle Flahaux, CMO, Host Analytics. “Even though this year’s theme is filled with fun celebrations of time-gone-by, Perform 2019 will focus on the future and the next chapter of our evolution. We’re excited to bring together hundreds of forward-thinking CFOs and finance practitioners who are looking to educate themselves on the latest in finance trends and technology. We can’t wait to see what they take back to their organizations and how they lead the evolution of their business.”
Host Analytics is also excited to announce the appointment of John Herr to the company’s board of directors. Herr is currently the CEO of Avetta, the leader in cloud-based supply chain risk management and was previously the CEO at Adaptive Insights. He has also held executive positions at eBay, PayPal, EZ Shield, and Buy.com.
“It’s fantastic to have my appointment to the Host Analytics board of directors coincide with Perform 2019 because of their continued focus on the evolution of finance,” Herr said. “Host not only helps finance teams evolve and advance their organizations but has also positioned itself to dominate this market. I’m inspired by their team and their progress and I can’t wait to contribute to their continued expansion and success.”
“John Herr has a stellar track record as a software executive, particularly in enterprise performance management,” said Ron Baden, CEO at Host Analytics. “John’s deep industry experience will help us target and capture more growth opportunities. John’s leadership skills and organizational insights will inform us as we continue to expand Host’s footprint both domestically and internationally. We’re lucky to have John on our board of directors.”
