Two Prominent Alabama State Agencies Win Bronze in International Web Award Competition

MONTGOMERY, Ala.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Two Alabama websites hosted by Alabama Interactive have been recognized by the Horizon Interactive Award competition in the government category this year. The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s (ALEA) official website, alea.gov, and the Alabama Department of Conservation and Natural Resources’ (DCNR) official website, OutdoorAlabama.com, won bronze awards from thousands of media pieces entered in the overall competition.

Websites were judged in five categories: Design, Creativity, Technical, Message and Effectiveness. Both websites were strategically designed to assist users in connecting with Alabama government in a more efficient manner.
