organization, announced today that it has acquired Chicagoland
hospitality technology provider Detrok
Technology Services. The acquisition enhances Payroc’s positioning
in the hospitality industry, while giving the company access to the best
technology solutions and related services to address the needs of
independent owner-operator restaurant establishments. The transaction
closed Feb. 1. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
