VXI Wins Two Gold and Two Silver at 2019 Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer Service

LOS ANGELES–(BUSINESS WIRE)–VXI Global Solutions, LLC (VXI) won two gold and two silver Stevie®
Awards at the 13th Annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer
Service.

In the New Product & Service category, VXI won a Gold Stevie® Award for
its Contact Center Solution, and another Gold Stevie®
Award for the Best Use of Technology in Customer Service
(All Other Industries), for its productivity and efficiency enhancing
platforms including industry awarded Training Simulator™ and
PerformancePro360™.

In the Solution Provider category, VXI won a Silver Stevie® Award for
being recognized as the Sales Outsourcing Provider of the Year,
and another Silver as the Contact Center or Customer Service
Outsourcing Provider of the Year
, both
second time in a row in
2019. This year saw several nominations in this category and as many as
nine finalists competing for a Silver.

More than 2,700 nominations from organizations in 45 nations of all
sizes and in virtually every industry were evaluated in this year’s
competition. Winners were determined by the average scores of more than
150 professionals worldwide in seven specialized judging committees.
