Descartes acquires PCSTrac business
Descartes Systems Group announced it has acquired substantially all of the assets of the business of PCSTrac, Inc. including certain related assets of Progressive Computer Services Inc. dba PCS Technologies (collectively referred to as “PCSTrac”).
