The Knapheide Manufacturing Company’s aluminum gooseneck flatbed body, which debuted at the 2017 Work Truck Show 2017, is corrosion-resistant and lightweight yet strong to enable maximum payload and towing capacity.
The Knapheide PGNB Aluminum Gooseneck Body features an aerospace technology assembly utilizing military-grade aluminum extrusions. As a result, the body is structurally superior yet 40% lighter than steel. The body includes a gooseneck hitch system that’s rated at 30,000 pounds.
The aluminum construction provides better protection against corrosion to ensure that the aluminum truck bed will last for years to come.
