ZF acquires stake in Ibeo to expand sensor portfolio

FRIEDRICHSHAFEN, GERMANY — ZF has acquired a 40% stake in Hamburg-based Ibeo Automotive Systems GmbH with the aim of developing new light detection and ranging technology widely known as lidar.
