Transaction adds to Relation’s growing presence in South Carolina marketplace

WALNUT CREEK, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Relation Insurance Services, Inc. (“Relation”), one of the largest and fastest-growing national insurance agencies, announced today it acquired the assets of South Carolina-based Perry Insurance Group, Inc. (“Perry”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Perry provides personal and commercial lines insurance solutions to clients throughout South Carolina and is headquartered in Lexington, South Carolina, with multiple locations throughout the state. Perry further expands Relation’s capabilities across South Carolina across small commercial, middle market commercial, and personal lines coverages. David Perry will continue with Relation as a leader in Relation Select.
