Major $65M P.E.I. bypass aims to reroute truck traffic

CORNWALL, PEI — Prince Edward Island is moving forward with a second federal funding application to build a $65-million perimeter highway that would be one of the largest construction projects ever for the small island of just 146,000 residents.
