Gold is the highest level available to ServiceNow partners and has the strictest minimum requirements for membership. Currently, only eight percent of ServiceNow Partners qualify as Gold. To achieve Gold Partner status, CDI had to successfully deliver countless ServiceNow implementations and maintain a minimum Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) of 8.4 on a scale of 0 to 10. CDI has exceeded the number of required customer success stories and maintains an average Customer Satisfaction Score of 9.0.
